The University of Worcester has an established history of engagement with support for student Personal Development Planning [PDP] and there is much varied and interesting practice going on across the institution. Worcester has a national reputation for its work in this area and scores particularly well on the National Student Survey for student personal development.
PDP provides an effective structure to support individual student learning in an age of mass higher education. These web pages are provided to help you support student PDP as a way of helping them:

- Learn effectively from reflection on feedback
- Communicate their achievements and abilities effectively
- Prepare for life after graduation
