Welcome to the website for the 9th Annual University of Worcester Learning and Teaching Conference, 17th June 2010, hosted by the Academic Development and Practice Unit, in the University's Conference Centre.

The themes for this year’s conference are: Assessment and Feedback, Innovation in Learning and Teaching Practice, Technology enhanced learning and Student Retention Progression and Success. We will put all updates here on the website as and when they happen.

Our key note speakers this year will be:

Tony Cook from the University of Ulster who will be discussing the outcomes of the national Student Transition and Retention (STAR) project,
Graham Gibbs who will be discussing assessment environments and their influence on student learning behaviours

University of Worcester students discussing 'students as learning partners' facilitated by Mark Tymms.
