What is a Student Ambassador?

Student Ambassadors are the face of the University of Worcester. They are current University of Worcester students who represent the University at events, such as Visit Days, Open Days, Corporate Events, and the annual UCAS Fair. At these events, Student Ambassadors are on hand to give campus tours, offer guidance and information on University life to prospective students and visitors.

How to become a Student Ambassador

Student Ambassadors are recruited at the start of the academic year. Job adverts will appear in the Tableslips, on posters, in welcome packs, will be advertised at the Fresher’s Fair, during Welcome Week, on here and on the Student Ambassador Facebook page.

Student Ambassador at Open DayIf you are a current student at the University of Worcester and are interested in becoming an Ambassador, you must first apply for the position online. Subject to a satisfactory application form, you will be invited to attend an interview.

Subject to your interview performance you will be accepted onto the Student Ambassador Scheme. You will be informed via email within a week of your interview and will be given details of a training event, which you must attend.
