COMP4040: Exploring Web Design - Overview

Welcome to my home page for the module COMP4040 Exploring Web Design

In this module you will learn more about web design by considering :

• The different techniques available to enhance web design and their appropriateness in different contexts
• How to write effective web pages that are useable, accessible and fit for purpose
• You will develop your own web pages and put them on a server to test them.

These pages have been set up to complement other material which is available on WebCT.

We will also be using a blog at blogger.com to keep a record of our expertise and a wiki at PBWiki to develop our ideas about web design.
