Planning your assignment
You will be putting together a preliminary plan of your assignment and publishing this plan on your blog.
The purpose of this activity
The purpose of this exercise is to get you started in thinking about your assignment and to make sure that you have a viable project that will allow you to satisfy the assessment criteria.
Activity Learning Outcomes
On completing this task you will be able to:
- identify the three users of your web site;
- establish some of their key characterisitcs that will determine the different site designs ;
- publish these ideas on the group blog.

Instructions for the activity
To take part in this activity:
- decide what three "audiences" you are going to have for your web site;
- determine the characteristics of these audiences that will affect the design of your site;
- outline the three different designs that you will need and explain why they must be designed that way;
- publish your ideas on your blog;
These need only be rough ideas at this stage but I need the information so that I can judge that your ideas have the potential to achieve at least a pass grade in the assignment.
