The College sees the peer observation scheme as an integral part of its learning and teaching strategy whereby staff meet regularly to discuss learning and teaching issues of importance to the individual, the team, the and the institution as a whole.
The Peer Observation Scheme is an important factor in staff development and
should help tutors to develop their own learning as well as enhance the learning
of others.
